Knowledge of radial drilling machine maintenance

Recently, many users complained that spindle of radial drilling machine used around 3-4 years is not tight. For this problem, engineer of Tengzhou Rooy CNC Machine Co., Ltd. specifically give the following five-point summary of the reasons and hope the related dealers and customers could fix the problem at an early date.

The main reasons are:
First, press the start button on the main motor does not rotate
Analysis: The power switch is not turned on; the start button in a bad contact, the contact does not work, the main motor of the electrical junction box and wiring within the disk access is not in good condition
Remedy: Turn the power switch; check the start button connector and each contact: Check the electrical contacts in the cabinet; check wiring to the motor connected or not

Second, spindle rotation without speed change in the handle operation analysis: speed change motor is of single phase, and its rotation direction is not correct. If the motor does not suck the oil the motor will not make the shifter fork to press the friction disk.
Remedy: change the location of any two wire in the the main electrical power line.

Third, radial drilling machine spindle and the outer surface leakage: Analysis: excessive oil tank filled, the overflow from the bearing pedestal above
Remedy: When oiling, do not exceed the mark of the oil standard showed on the machine.

Fourth, the housing screw with oil spill Failure Analysis: excess oil leaking from the bearings 
Remedy: do not fill the oil over the mark showed on the machine
